Try the Loreal Decrease eyeshadow base available at your local drugstore. Also if you want to try more expensive ones that are great try Urban Decay or Laura Geller Spackle. You can buy those at Ulta or Sephora. Hope I helped!

Well, so far the one inept response isn’t good enough. First, I’m not in Washington, just happened to be quoting a news source from Seattle. Second, I’m pretty sure the Washington in my quote is referring to Wash DC, but you probably knew that bc you are USMC. Yes, I’ve been out of the country, even lived in a couple, but thanks for the attack.

As far as the video of Osama saying the 9/11 attacks went well, its a fake(http://dc.indymedia.org/newswire/display /16801)…why is Osama not listed on the FBI’s most wanted list for the 9/11 attacks? The FBI confirmed in a recent statement (July 2006) that "The reason why 9/11 is not mentioned on the Usama Bin Laden’s Most Wanted page is because "the FBI has no hard evidence connecting Bin Laden to 9/11" , Rex Tomb-FBI spokesperson.

Seriously, this a pretty big accusation based on a video, especially with the digital video editing technology thats out there…still waiting for that proof!!

Why is Lt. Saavik called Mr. in the Star Trek movies?
I haven’t seen all the movies, but in Wrath of Khan Kirk keeps calling her Mr. Saavik. I even put on the subtitles and it said Mr. too.
I am just so confused and any insight as to why would be very relieving.

Actually, it’s not just custom to call a Lieutenant "Mr.", but any officer of Commander and lower, according to naval tradition (it is NOT regulation.

Furthermore, nowadays, it would be appropriate to call a female officer "Ms." it comes down tot he officer’s individual choice. As such, Saavik probably expressed some desire to be called Mr."

There’s a ton more detail available, but it’s a bit off-topic from the question.

In Naval Command it is proper to refer to a Lieutenant as Mr. regardless of their actual gender. Because Star Trek takes place mostly on the Enterprise which is considered a Naval Vessel Lt. Saavik is referred to as Mr. Saavik in order to keep that tradition going.

I agree with the first poster but would like to add that it takes the gender issue out of the equation. Everyone of rank is called Mr. so as to not delineate between men and women. Apparently they are progressive but not progressive enough to have equal respect for women without a constant reminder. Plus if you think about it, it makes everything easier. Who can keep up with if a female is a Miss, Mrs, or Ms.

Do you think this would be a good Sonic Character (Part 1)?
I just thought this up. This would be a new Character’s Story for a Sonic the Hedgehog Game. Here’s what I would have the beginning Cutscene, the Climax of the Story, the Ending Cutscene, and some fill in between. The Character would be a Green Hedgehog called Emerald (couldn’t think of anything else)

Opening: Emerald: "Hm, "Sonic The Hedgehog"! Why am I not surprised he made the headlines again?"
Unamed Character #1: "Chill, dude. What’s your problem with him anyways?"
Emerald: "Well…"
*Scene switches to a different part of the city where Sonic zips by*
Unamed Character 2: "Yeah, it’s not like he’s ever done anything to hurt you…" *Switches to a different part of City where Sonic zips by*
Emerald: "Yeah, well…" *Sonic Zooms by, blowing papers all over the face, one flying into Emerald’s face*
Citizen 1: "What was that?!"
Citizen 2: "It blew the newspaper right out of my hands!"
Emerald: *Grabs paper that covered his face* "Grrr…. why I ought to– never mind… not like I could anything at all."
