"seriously, most men i know are really into cooking & are amazing chefs!! these guys are like Gordon Ramsey wanna-bes…I can follow a recipe- but its a far cry from anything gourmet!! LOL"
There are men who cook everything from brisket, steak, chicken cordon bleu, rack of lamb, chicken picatta, carbonara, homemade chicken noodle soup, stir fry, salmon steaks, halibut, fried fish, baked ziti, lamb chops, pork chops, potatoes au gratin, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, lasanga, to chocolate mousse, apple pie, creme brulee, tiramisu, homemade truffles, scones, cookies, cream puffs, fudge, brownies, cheesecake chocolate muffins to making cocktails, fresh bread, and fresh jams, and homemade cream cheese.
Are there any women who are into gourmet cooking? Can any women cook like this? Which gender is more likely to do this?
IF MEN DO THIS HOW COME ALL COOKING STUFF ONLINE IS POSTED BY WOMEN?
WOMEN get
-dinners when they get home
-cocktails made for men
-breakfast in bed
-lunch brought to work
-picnics with delicious food
-baked goods on dates
MEN NEVER GET THIS OR NOT AS OFTEN. HAS A MAN EVER BEEN MORE SPOILED (in terms of food) IN A RELATIONSHIP?
You call fried chicken and mashed potatoes gourmet? Riiight…
"WOMEN get
-dinners when they get home (when my partner gets home from work he eats a meal that I have cooked)
-cocktails made for men (huh? so there are cocktails that only men should drink? Yeah right, this ain’t the 1950’s honey)
-breakfast in bed (Says who? I for one don’t lie in bed waiting for somebody to bring me breakfast)
-lunch brought to work (er… that I’ve made myself, yeah. Is there a problem with that?)
-picnics with delicious food (Doesn’t the guy get to eat the delicious food also? He doesn’t exactly sit there watching the woman eat…)
-baked goods on dates (Again, this isn’t the 1950’s. Who brings a basket of muffins along on a date?)
MEN NEVER GET THIS OR NOT AS OFTEN. HAS A MAN EVER BEEN MORE SPOILED (in terms of food) IN A RELATIONSHIP?"
- Yes, my partner gets food cooked for him all the time. It’s not about being spoiled, it’s about two mature adults doing nice things for each other, such as cooking a nice meal etc.

Yes, there are women gourmets.
You know an unusual group of men, if most of them are that into cooking; most men are NOT.
Yes, there are many women who are into goumet cooking; yes, there are many women who cook like that.
But the vast majority of PEOPLE of both sexes aren’t gourmet. They get home from work and get junk food, or frozen food, or slap something together.
Most of the things you listed aren’t gourmet, just cooking (fried chicken, pork chops, mashed potatoes — just your basic food).
It’s simply not true that all women get dinners when they get home, cocktails, breakfast in bed, lunch brought to work, picnics, or baked goods.
Most likely, it’s the women doing all this for the men — when the women don’t have one or two outside jobs to do.
Whatver person told you all men do these things for all women was lying to you. IF you were capable of seeing reality, you’d realize how untrue these lies are.
